According to Suzuki Philippines’ Automobile Service Department Head Engr. Rommel Cabanela, the competition was designed to go beyond technical assessment and highlight how after-sales teams contribute to consumer trust and service consistency. He noted that the scenarios presented during the event reflect real-world dealership challenges that require both individual skill and teamwork.

Spare Parts Department Head Nonito Dayandante pointed out that the competition also emphasized customer care and parts operations, areas that often work behind the scenes but are just as important for dealership efficiency. He encouraged participants to apply what they’ve learned from the competition to their day-to-day operations, particularly in adapting to changing customer expectations and industry demands.
