Aside from expanding the country’s electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, ACMobility is also determined to have a positive working environment. This comes after ACMobility scored multiple wins for people management from international bodies.

For the second consecutive year, ACMobility shared that it took home awards at the HR Excellence Awards (HREA) and the Stevie Awards for Great Employers. These awards, according to ACMobility, reinforce its standing as one of the top employers in the Philippines.

The awards include top citations for ACMobility’s senior leaders, which are regarded by the company as a reflection of its commitment to prioritizing employee well-being and fostering a positive work culture.

“The honors from the HR Excellence Awards and the Stevie Awards reflect the same commitment we’ve carried through the years: building a workplace environment where our people feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow. We’re proud to be recognized alongside the industry’s best, and even prouder of the whole team who makes this possible,” said ACMobility Chief People Officer Ariane Nava.

In detail, ACMobility received three citations from the HREA, which are as follows:

– Gold citation for Excellence in HR Management

– Bronze citation for Excellence in Total Rewards

– HR Leader of the Year (Silver citation) – ACMobility Chief People Officer Ariane Nava

On the other hand, ACMobility earned two Silver awards in the 11th annual Stevie Awards. It joined the list of winners out of 1,000 nominations from 38 countries. The recognitions received by ACMobility are the following:

– People-Focused CEO of the Year: Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala, ACMobility CEO

– Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year: Ariane Nava, ACMobility Chief People Officer

The Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognize the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals, teams, achievements, and HR-related products, solutions, and suppliers that help create and drive great places to work.

ACMobility added that winners will be honored at a red carpet awards ceremony on October 28, 2026, at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse in Paris, France, where they will be celebrated alongside winners of the 2026 Stevie Awards for Technology Excellence, the International Business Awards, and the German Stevie Awards.

ACMobility is proud to share that it has cultivated a positive working environment, and the testament to this is scoring multiple wins for people management from international bodies. This is good news since ACMobility values its workforce while it is also focused on expanding its operations. Of note, this is not the first time that ACMobility has been recognized for people management, which further attests to the quality of its working environment.
