iCAUR has opened pre-sales for its V23 and V27 SUVs in the Philippines, offering limited Pioneer Edition packages to the first buyers of its two models. Only 100 units of each model will be available under the initial allocation, with reservations open until November 9, 2026, or until supplies run out.

According to Omoda & Jaecoo Motor Philippines Inc. (OJMPI), the Pioneer Edition package includes 10 ownership benefits, ranging from purchase discounts and charging equipment to maintenance services and battery protection. Buyers will also receive an individually numbered metal badge identifying their vehicle as one of the first 100 examples of its model in the country.

Reservations can be made through the official iCAUR Philippines website. The refundable reservation fee is P1,000 for the V23 and P2,000 for the V27. These amounts unlock purchase discounts of P10,000 and P20,000, respectively, which will be deducted from the final vehicle price.

The V23 is an all-electric SUV with a rugged, boxy design and retro-inspired styling. iCAUR lists its driving range at up to 501 kilometers. Initial price indications put the two-wheel-drive variant at around P1.5 million and the four-wheel-drive version at approximately P1.8 million.

The larger V27, meanwhile, uses the brand’s Golden range-extended electric vehicle (REEV) system, combining electric propulsion with a gasoline engine to deliver a claimed combined range of 1,000 kilometers. Its indicative prices are around P2.1 million for the two-wheel-drive variant and P2.5 million for the four-wheel-drive version. Final prices for both models will be announced at their official launch.

Beyond the purchase discounts, the Pioneer Edition package includes a Pioneer Edition Kit, complimentary 3M window film, premium floor mats, a home charging kit and a portable charging kit. Buyers will also receive a complimentary Car Linko connected-vehicle app subscription, one year of preventive maintenance under the Care Pass program and three years of roadside assistance.

Another key inclusion is the Battery Health Warranty. OJMPI says the high-voltage battery will be replaced at no cost if its state of health drops below 70% within eight years or 160,000 km, whichever comes first, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions. OIMP describes this as the first warranty of its kind announced by an automotive distributor in the Philippines.

The package reflects iCAUR’s effort to establish its presence in the local market by offering early buyers benefits that extend beyond the initial purchase. For prospective owners, the charging equipment, after-sales coverage and battery protection could be important considerations alongside vehicle range and price.

With reservations running until November 9 or until the allocation is filled, buyers interested in the iCAUR V23 or V27 will need to decide whether the Pioneer Edition benefits fit their ownership needs before the initial batch is fully reserved.

Autocar’s Take

iCAUR’s Pioneer Edition program gives early buyers more to consider than simply being among the first to own the V23 or V27. The inclusion of charging equipment, roadside assistance and battery protection addresses practical concerns that can influence an electric vehicle purchase. The V23’s claimed 501-kilometer range and the V27’s 1,000-kilometer combined range also offer different approaches to electrified mobility.

However, the final prices and the detailed warranty conditions will matter just as much as the introductory perks. For Filipino buyers, long-term ownership support could ultimately prove more valuable than the exclusivity of a numbered badge.
