The 2026 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) is expected to be bigger as the Philippine Trade Training Center (PTTC) officially returns as an additional and connected exhibition venue. This means that the 2026 MIAS can accommodate more car displays, which is said to be nearly 100 additional vehicle display slots.
The return of the PTTC as an additional venue is significant as it will allow MIAS organizers more room to accommodate the car brands and other automotive companies that will be participating in the show. As a review, the 2026 MIAS will take place from April 9 to 12, with its main exhibition continuing at the World Trade Center Metro Manila while expanding into the PTTC for the first time after eight years.
Speaking of which, the last time that PTTC served as a secondary exhibition space was during MIAS 2018. Since then, the PTTC underwent repurposing and redevelopment into a design hub. With its return, MIAS organizers said that the PTTC significantly increases its exhibition capacity, translating to over 3,000 square meters of exhibition floor space.

Aside from allowing for nearly 100 additional vehicle displays, the PTTC will also feature a dedicated food court and several special exhibits designed to further enhance the visitor experience.
Organizers said that a custom-built walkway will be provided to showgoers. The walkway is fully air-conditioned, and it directly connects the East Wing Annex tent of the World Trade Center to the PTTC building. The organizers added that the PTTC, located at the corner of Roxas Boulevard and Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue (formerly Buendia Avenue), will also serve as a convenient access point for guests.
MIAS organizers also said that visitors exiting PTTC can avail of the free shuttle service that will transport them back to the World Trade Center entrance driveway or to designated nearby parking facilities.
The 2026 MIAS will run from April 9 to 12, 2026, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the World Trade Center Metro Manila and the Philippine Trade Training Center. Further announcements regarding exhibitors, feature attractions, and ticketing details will be released in the weeks.

Autocar’s Take
The return of the PTTC as a secondary venue for the annual MIAS is a welcome addition, as it will provide organizers more room to accommodate car displays, which will result in a more value-for-money entrance fee for show goers. The PTTC is also a more viable option as a secondary venue as compared to having it at the SMX Convention Center, a move that was implemented by MIAS organizers back in 2024. Having two venues that are in separate locations is not feasible, and arguably not efficient.
With the PTTC’s return, we can expect MIAS to be bigger than last year’s show. Hopefully, the bigger venue will allow organizers to accommodate more car displays, considering that the car brands in the Philippines are also expanding, especially with the dawn of Chinese car brands.
