Hyundai Motor Philippines (HMPH) said that the Santa Fe Hybrid was able to bag the Best Family-Friendly Car award at the fifth annual Modern Parenting Parent’s Choice Awards.
The award adds to the accolades in the Santa Fe’s portfolio, which has previously been named the ‘Supreme Winner’ at the Women’s Worldwide Car of the Year Awards. The Santa Fe is also included in Kelley Blue Book’s 2026 Best Family Cars.
HMPH shared that the annual Modern Parenting Parent’s Choice Awards intend to highlight and recognize products and brands that help improve the lives of modern families. Winners are said to be selected based on their ability to meet the evolving needs of Filipino households. With that, the Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid emerged as the top choice for Best Family Car under the Must-Have’s category.
The Korean car brand noted that the Santa Fe Hybrid is designed to suit the diverse needs of modern families, as it combines “spaciousness, comfort, safety, and efficiency.” Its long wheelbase is regarded as offering generous interior space, which gives good ride comfort for passengers across all three rows. The Santa Fe also comes with second- and third-row seats that fold flat, providing more cargo space when needed. As such, this makes the Santa Fe a versatile SUV, according to Hyundai.
In terms of safety tech, the Santa Fe Hybrid is integrated with features such as lane-keeping assist, forward collision avoidance assist, and blind spot collision avoidance assist, among many others. Powering Hyundai’s SUV is a 1.6-liter turbocharged hybrid engine that delivers 232 horsepower and 367 Nm of torque.

The Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid comes with a sticker price of P3,330,000. It is available with the following exterior colors: Abyss Black, Creamy White Pearl, Magnetic Gray, and Earthy Brass Metallic.
