Green GSM Philippines is determined to further expand its operations and fleet network as it has formed a partnership with the Philippine National Bank (PNB). Under the said partnership, PNB provided a P2 billion credit facility to support Green GSM’s operational expansion and fleet growth in the Philippines.
Aside from the credit facility, the partnership will also enable Green GSM’s driver partners to maximize PNB’s digital banking platform. The two parties agreed to implement digital account management and payment systems for Green GSM’s driver network. Moreover, PNB’s corporate banking platform and digitized onboarding processes will allow Green GSM driver partners to open and activate a PNB account more easily.
“We appreciate Green GSM’s long-term development direction in the Philippines, not only in advancing low-emission mobility, but also in the way the company is building an operating model with scalability and clear governance foundations,” said PNB President and Chief Executive Officer Edwin R. Bautista.
“The transition toward sustainable transport will require ecosystems capable of supporting stable long-term growth, together with the financial and operational foundations needed to enable that expansion,” Bautista added.

Meanwhile, Green GSM PH CEO Le Thi Thu Trang noted that its partnership with PNB will enhance the company’s service quality.
“Our partnership with PNB will help strengthen the financial and operational foundations needed to enhance service quality and support Green GSM’s continued expansion in the Philippines,” Green GSM PH CEO Le Thi Thu Trang said.
Green GSM shared that it is building a mobility model through the integration of technology, an all-electric fleet, and standardized operating systems. It has already teamed up with Xentro Group in 2025 and has rolled out 2,500 battery electric vehicles (BEVs) in Antipolo City, Rizal.
Aside from that, Green GSM has signed a series of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and deposit agreements with transport companies and cooperatives in the Philippines. The company said that the signed agreements involve 75 transport companies and cooperatives operating across multiple provinces and cities in the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, Cavite, Pampanga, Bacolod, Batangas, Baguio, and Ozamiz.
