Metrobank is bringing car brands and property developers together for a two-day event aimed at making the process of financing a new vehicle or home more convenient for prospective buyers.
The Metrobank Live & Drive: Home & Car Loan Fest will be held on September 12-13, 2026 at the SM Megamall Fashion Hall. Visitors can explore vehicles and residential developments in one location while speaking with Metrobank loan specialists about financing options.
Those who apply for a Metrobank Car Loan or Home Loan on-site can get waived fees of up to P60,000. Car Loan applicants can also receive free first-year AXA insurance, subject to terms and conditions.
For car buyers, Toyota will be among the participating automotive brands at the event. The Japanese brand highlights the Zenix as its showcar, offering MPV versatility with sportier styling and amenities.
Alongside Toyota, brands such as Deepal, Kia, MG, and Jetour are also present, each with their own exciting Metrobank loan options to choose from. The automotive brands will showcase their latest vehicle models, while the event’s Smarter Mobility zone will put the focus on hybrid vehicles.

The setup gives prospective buyers an opportunity to look at different vehicles while also getting guidance on Auto Loans. Metrobank’s Smarter Financing zone will have specialists available to discuss Auto Loans, Home Loans, and Home Equity Loans based on customers’ budgets and goals.
On the property side, Federal Land is among the participating developers, joining Robinsons Land Corporation, Wee Community Developers, DMCI Homes, Torre de Lorenzo Development Corporation, Megaworld Corporation, and Solviva. Visitors can check out residential developments through the Smarter Homes zone, which is aimed at those looking for a first home, an investment, or a larger space.
The event also has a Smarter Living zone focused on solar energy. Solviva will showcase solar panel solutions, with Metrobank Home Equity Loans available as a financing option for renewable energy projects.
Metrobank says the Live & Drive loan fest is intended to bring the car and property shopping process closer to the financing stage, allowing visitors to explore their options and discuss how they could fit their budgets.
For buyers already considering a new car or home, having the brands and financing specialists in one venue could make comparison shopping more straightforward. The event also gives Metrobank a chance to put its car and home loan offerings directly in front of customers considering major purchases and comparing their financing options before making any final decision on their purchase in person.

Autocar’s Take
Metrobank’s Live & Drive loan fest makes sense for buyers who are already serious about getting a new car or home. Having brands such as Toyota on-site gives prospective car buyers a chance to look at their options while discussing Auto Loan financing in the same place. On the property side, the presence of developers such as Federal Land adds another layer of choice for those exploring a new home or investment.
The biggest draw, however, could be the waived fees of up to P60,000 for eligible on-site loan applications. For shoppers, putting products and financing options together could make a major purchase feel a little more manageable.
