BMW Philippines is set to expand its network with the new Alabang dealership, which is expected to make its model lineup more accessible to potential clients in Southern Metro Manila.

The upcoming BMW Alabang dealership will be managed and operated by RSA Motors Corp. The German car brand shared that the new Alabang dealership will be located at Block 3, Lots 3 and 4, ASEAN Drive, Capella Building, Filinvest City, Alabang. However, as of this writing, BMW PH has yet to share an official timeline for when it will open its new Alabang dealership.

Aside from the soon-to-open Alabang dealership, BMW PH shared that its Cebu outlet is now under new management. The company said that BMW Cebu is entering a new chapter under the management of Autostudio Philippines Corp. BMW Cebu is located at Nivel Hills, Cebu Veterans Dr., Cebu City. BMW PH added that its Cebu dealership will continue to serve customers in Cebu and the wider Visayas region, reinforcing BMW’s presence in the region.

BMW PH’s dealerships are expected to further strengthen the brand’s sales performance in the local market. It is seen to help drive the car brand to yield more sales while at the same time expanding its presence in the market even further. As a review, BMW PH posted 100 retail sales last August 2026, and claimed that it is continuing its growth momentum despite the traditionally cautious buying period.

The August 2026 result represents a 150 percent increase compared with the same month last year, according to BMW Philippines. It also helped lift the brand’s year-to-date tally to 676 retail sales from January to August 2026, a 24 percent improvement over the 546 units recorded during the same period in 2025.

BMW Philippines attributes part of its performance to increasing interest in electrified vehicles. Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) models are now available across the 3 Series, 5 Series, and 7 Series lineups, giving customers more choices to combine the brand’s performance-oriented character with improved efficiency.

Autocar’s Take

BMW Philippines is committed to further expanding its presence and network in the local market, as seen in its upcoming Alabang dealership and its new management for its Cebu outlet. This shows that BMW PH aims to reach more potential clients, which will eventually lead to retail sales. BMW’s drive to expand its presence in the country is also an indication that the brand wants to stay relevant in the growing Philippine automotive industry, which is becoming more competitive with the dawn of new players from China.
