Xpeng Philippines is set to officially introduce its first two models to the local market next week, giving Filipino buyers their first look at the brand’s electric vehicle lineup and its technology-focused approach to mobility.

The grand Philippine launch is scheduled for September 25, 2026, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. At the center of the event will be the Xpeng X9, a seven-seat electric MPV, and the L03 EV RWD Long Range Ultra, an electric SUV coupé. Both models have already received official Philippine pricing, with reservations now open.

The range-topping X9 with Second Row Premium Seat Package is priced at P4,058,000, while the L03 EV RWD Long Range Ultra costs P2,058,000. Reservation fees are set at P25,000 for the X9 and P10,000 for the L03. Buyers of either model will also receive P10,000 in EV charging credits and an Xpeng First Circle Gift Set upon delivery.

So, what do you get when Xpeng vehicles arrive next week?

For X9 buyers, the answer starts with a cabin designed around passenger comfort. The flagship MPV gets two Grand Zero-Gravity second-row seats with 18-way adjustment, heating, ventilation, memory and 16-point massage. It also packs five-zone climate control, a hot-and-cold electric refrigerator, a 21.4-inch rear display and a 27-speaker XOPERA audio system.

The X9 also brings substantial electric range and charging capability. Its 110-kWh NCM battery is rated for up to 615 km under WLTP, while the 800-volt silicon carbide platform supports up to 542 kW of DC charging. Under optimal conditions with a compatible charger, a 10% to 80% charge can take about 12 minutes.

Meanwhile, the L03 takes a different route, combining SUV coupé styling with practicality. It offers up to 480 km of WLTP range, a 102-liter front trunk, 539-liter rear luggage area and 37 storage areas. Its 400-volt 3C charging system can replenish the battery from 10 to 80 percent in around 20 minutes.

Technology is another major part of the L03 package, with three Xpeng AI Turing chips, XOS 6.0, Google Maps, voice interaction, a 15.6-inch 2.5K central display and a 26.8-inch windshield head-up display.

Beyond the vehicles, Xpeng will showcase its Physical AI vision through its IRON humanoid robot and ARIDGE Land Aircraft Carrier.

The X9 targets premium family and executive travel, while the L03 aims to offer a more compact, tech-heavy alternative for urban users locally, daily.

Autocar’s Take

Xpeng’s Philippine arrival is interesting because the brand is not entering the market with just one type of EV. The X9 goes after buyers who value space, comfort and long-distance capability, while the L03 brings a more compact format with plenty of technology. The pricing places both models in premium territory, so the equipment and ownership experience will matter as much as the numbers on paper.

The one thing to watch out for closely closely is how these features translate to Philippine driving conditions and charging habits. The September 25 launch should give buyers a closer look at what this newcomer brings locally.
