Jetour Auto Philippines, Inc. (JAPI) has celebrated the third edition of its Annual Pet Day, bringing together media partners, their families, and their pets for a gathering that highlights relationships beyond the usual professional setting.

Held at The Piazza, Venice Grand Canal, the event carried the theme “Pawsitively Charged” and featured games, friendly contests, and interactive activities for attendees and their four-legged companions. The gathering provided an opportunity for media partners to reconnect, welcome new faces, and spend time together outside their regular work commitments.

What started in 2024 as a small gathering of media friends with a shared love for animals has since developed into an annual tradition for the automotive brand and its media partners. Now in its third year, the event reflects the friendships and common interests that have grown alongside their professional relationships.

For JAPI, the annual celebration is an opportunity to recognize the people who have been part of its journey while creating a more relaxed setting for strengthening those connections.

“It’s truly heartwarming to see how our Pet Day has grown since we first started in 2024 with a small group of media partners who shared the same love for their furry companions,” said Cherry May De Los Santos, marketing director of Jetour Auto Philippines.

“Over the past three years, we have built more than just an annual event—we have built friendships, strengthened our camaraderie, and created a community that looks forward to spending time together,” she added.

De Los Santos also expressed appreciation for the media partners who have supported the gathering since its beginnings, as well as those who have joined in subsequent editions. She said the company looks forward to continuing the tradition and creating more shared experiences in the years ahead.

Beyond the activities, Jetour Pet Day underscores the role shared interests can play in building relationships within the automotive media community. The event offers a change of pace from vehicle launches, media drives, and other industry engagements, allowing participants to connect over their pets and their experiences as animal owners.

The celebration also reflects Jetour’s pet-friendly approach to customer service. According to the company, all its dealerships in the Philippines welcome pets, allowing customers to bring their animal companions when visiting showrooms and exploring the brand’s vehicle lineup.

By extending this policy beyond its annual pet gathering, Jetour aims to make showroom visits more accommodating for customers who consider their pets part of the family.

As the company looks ahead to future editions, its third Annual Pet Day marks another year of a tradition built around companionship, shared interests, and stronger ties with its media partners. What began as a small get-together in 2024 has become a recurring opportunity for the community to reconnect beyond the demands of the automotive industry.

Autocar’s Take

Jetour’s Annual Pet Day offers a welcome reminder that automotive brands can build relationships with the media beyond launches, test drives, and product presentations. Bringing people together over a shared love for pets is a simple idea, but its continued success since 2024 suggests that these informal gatherings have found their place in the calendar.

The company’s pet-friendly dealership policy also gives the celebration a practical connection to the customer experience. Ultimately, Jetour Pet Day stands out not because of elaborate activities, but because it creates space for genuine connections beyond work.
