Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPH) and Wheels, Inc. have relaunched Suzuki Auto Manila Bay in Pasay City, with improved facilities aimed at making vehicle purchases and after-sales services more convenient for customers in the area.

Located at One Wheels Condominium, Block 3, Lot 3, CBP1 Subdivision, Barangay 76, Pasay City, the dealership operates as a 3S satellite facility, offering vehicle sales, servicing, and spare parts support under one roof.

The relaunch reinforces the partnership between Suzuki Philippines and Wheels, Inc., led by Antonio Teng, as both companies work to strengthen the Japanese automaker’s dealership network and make its vehicles and services more accessible to motorists in Pasay City and neighboring communities.

Beyond providing a place for customers to explore Suzuki’s vehicle lineup, the dealership is designed to accommodate ownership needs after the sale. Its showroom and service areas aim to create a more welcoming environment for buyers while providing access to maintenance and parts support.

For motorists, having sales and after-sales services available at the same location can simplify the ownership experience. Customers can explore their vehicle options, arrange servicing, and seek spare parts assistance without having to visit separate establishments for these needs.

Yukio Sato, Suzuki Philippines’ general manager for after-sales service and marine division, emphasized the importance of the partnership and the dealership’s role in improving customer experience.

Sato said the company appreciates the trust and commitment of the Wheels team in bringing Suzuki closer to its customers. He added that the facility was designed to make the buying process more comfortable and ensure owners receive the support they need after purchasing a vehicle.

The relaunch also highlights the importance of dealer partnerships in maintaining customer access to automotive services. While a showroom introduces buyers to a brand’s products, accessible servicing and parts support remain important considerations throughout a vehicle’s ownership.

For Suzuki Philippines, working closely with dealer partners such as Wheels, Inc. is part of its effort to build lasting customer relationships and deliver dependable service. The company said the renewed facility reflects a shared commitment to making customer interactions more meaningful and supporting motorists throughout their ownership journey.

Suzuki Auto Manila Bay’s relaunch adds to the brand’s efforts to serve customers in Pasay City and nearby areas through a combination of vehicle sales and after-sales assistance.

The dealership’s operations align with Suzuki Philippines’ “By Your Side” promise, which emphasizes support for customers from choosing a vehicle to maintaining it over the years. With its refreshed facilities and continued partnership with Wheels, Inc., the company aims to make that commitment more accessible to local motorists.

Autocar’s Take

A dealership’s value does not end when a customer drives a new car out of the showroom. Access to reliable servicing and spare parts matters just as much, particularly for owners who want to keep their vehicles running properly for years. That makes the Suzuki Auto Manila Bay relaunch a practical development for motorists in Pasay City and nearby communities.

Its 3S setup brings sales, servicing, and parts support together in one location. The real measure of success, however, will be how consistently the dealership delivers convenient appointments, dependable repairs, and a customer experience that encourages owners to return and put their trust on the brand.
