VinFast Marikina has transitioned into a full-service dealership, giving electric vehicle owners in Eastern Metro Manila a facility that brings sales, maintenance, parts and charging under one roof. The 500 sqm dealership at 8 Mayor Gil Fernando Ave., Sto. Niño, Marikina City, was opened in May in partnership with Xentro Motors OPC.
It now operates as a 1S Plus facility, expanding VinFast’s after-sales support in Eastern Metro Manila.
The dealership carries VinFast’s entire battery electric vehicle lineup and features a service center equipped with three specialized working bays, including a vehicle lifter. It also has advanced EV tools and a dedicated parts warehouse. Its services cover routine preventive maintenance, general repairs, car detailing and body repair. Customers can also access insurance claims and renewal assistance, allowing more ownership needs to be handled at the same location.
Parts availability is another key feature. The dealership stocks original components covering PMS requirements, mechanical and suspension parts, collision body panels, coolants and brake fluids.

VinFast Marikina also adds charging capacity to its operations. Two wall chargers are installed inside the dealership, while six charging stations are located outside. Together, the facility offers eight EV fast charging machines for VinFast owners in Marikina and nearby cities.
VinFast Philippines CEO Rhomel Franco said the facility brings the company’s full-service experience closer to motorists in Eastern Metro Manila, while Xentro Motors CEO Noel Ignacio described it as a one-stop option for local EV owners.
The opening comes as VinFast’s Philippine dealership network reaches 36 locations nationwide. The company said additional dealerships are planned in Fairview, Cagayan de Oro, Pasay City, Batangas City and Kawit, Cavite.
VinFast said its expanding EV ecosystem also includes a battery subscription program, a resale value guarantee and free charging within the V-Green network until March 31, 2029.
VinFast Marikina’s showroom is open Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., while the service center operates Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Autocar’s Take
VinFast Marikina’s upgrade is significant because EV adoption is not about putting more EVs on the road. Owners also need somewhere dependable to have them serviced, repaired, charged and supported. The new 1S Plus dealership addresses that practical side of ownership, particularly for motorists in Eastern Metro Manila.
Eight fast charging machines, dedicated service bays and an inventory of genuine parts make the facility more than a sales outlet. As VinFast expands to 36 dealerships nationwide, the question will be whether this network can consistently deliver the convenience and confidence promised.
