Hyundai Motor has given the all-new Tucson added style points as it debuted the Tucson N Line trim at the Paris Motor Show. This allows the new Tucson to have a blend of sporty and rugged finishes inside and out.
The Korean automaker said that the all-new Tucson N Line combines the comfort, practicality, connectivity, and advanced technologies of the new generation model with a distinctly sportier appearance inside and out. Of note, Hyundai’s N Line is a sport-inspired trim level that focuses on design, while its N Performance lineup features performance upgrades, including increased engine power.
With that, the all-new Hyundai Tucson N Line is highlighted by satin black finishes that are seen throughout the exterior. The front end is fitted with a more angular bumper with a pronounced chin spoiler and aero ducts at the edges. It also comes with an N Line emblem beneath the front horizontal center lamp, while the Hyundai badge is finished in black.

Turning to the side, the addition of the satin black finish provides a nice accent to the Tucson’s rugged design. It has black side skirts and body-colored lower door trims, while the fender flares are said to come in a slimmer finish than the standard all-new Tucson. The Hyundai Tucson N Line also has gloss black door mirrors and a set of model-exclusive 20-inch alloy wheels.
The rear comes with a large bumper that’s accented by satin black trim, which gives the Tucson a sportier appearance than the standard trim. The Tucson N Line also has body-colored diffuser-effect inserts and twin exhaust outlets.
Inside, the all-new Tucson N Line features a dedicated interior package that creates a darker, more focused and performance-inspired theme. The black interior is accented by red accents and stitching across the seats, doors, and dashboard. It also comes with sports seats that combine textile suede and leather for a distinctive look. Adding to the list of exclusive interior trim is the N steering wheel with perforated leather hand grips, red stitching and dark metal inserts, upgraded door trims with black speaker covers, and bright metal pedals.

The all-new Hyundai Tucson N Line is available with the same powertrain options as the standard Tucson, a 1.6-liter turbo gasoline engine or a 1.6-liter turbo hybrid gasoline engine. Power is transmitted through a six-speed automatic transmission, with a choice of front- or all-wheel drive.
Hyundai added that plug-in hybrid variants will also be offered with front- or all-wheel drive. Their 17.1 kWh battery is claimed to offer an electric driving range of up to 67 kilometres in combination with the N-Line’s 20-inch wheels, while total system output is said to be 288 horsepower.
Autocar’s Take
The all-new Hyundai Tucson gets a sporty treatment courtesy of the brand’s N Line design trim. This gives the rugged-looking all-new Tucson a touch of sporty appeal, which looks stunning if you ask us. The black exterior trim works well with the Tucson’s assertive demeanor, giving it more character and a more confident stance. The N Line trim fitted to the Tucson is not over the top, making it a nice design combo in giving the all-new model a more distinctive and sporty look inside and out.
