VinFast has officially launched its Early Booking Program for three battery-swapping electric motorcycles in the Philippines, marking another major step in the Vietnamese automaker’s expansion across Southeast Asia.
The new lineup includes the VinFast Evo, VinFast Feliz II, and VinFast Viper, giving Filipino consumers more options in the growing electric motorcycle Philippines market. The launch comes less than a month after VinFast introduced the same models in Indonesia, underscoring the company’s aggressive regional growth strategy.
From June 10 to July 18, customers can reserve any of the three electric motorcycles through VinFast dealerships nationwide or via the company’s official website with a non-refundable booking fee of P3,000. Early adopters will also receive incentives worth P5,600.
One of the key highlights of the program is VinFast’s flexible ownership model. Buyers can choose between purchasing the motorcycle with batteries included or opting for a battery subscription plan that includes battery-swapping privileges. This approach aims to lower the initial cost of ownership while addressing concerns about charging convenience.

The VinFast Evo starts at P70,000 under the battery subscription model, while the VinFast Feliz II begins at P72,400. The sportier VinFast Viper is priced from P81,900. Deliveries are expected to begin in July 2026.
According to VinFast, the three models were developed to cater to different customer needs. The Viper targets younger riders seeking modern styling and advanced technology, featuring a Smart Key system, TFT display, projector headlights, and premium rear suspension. Meanwhile, the Evo and Feliz II focus on practicality, affordability, and everyday urban mobility.
All three models are powered by a 5,200W BLDC in-wheel motor. The Viper and Feliz II can reach speeds of up to 90 km/h, while the Evo tops out at 80 km/h. Equipped with dual battery compartments, the motorcycles can travel up to 150 km on a full charge under standard conditions. To support its battery-swapping ecosystem, VinFast is working with charging infrastructure developer V-Green to roll out battery-swapping stations across the country.
As one of Southeast Asia’s largest two-wheeler markets, the Philippines presents a significant opportunity for electric mobility growth. Through its expanding ecosystem of electric vehicles, e-bikes, e-buses, and now battery-swapping electric motorcycles, VinFast aims to accelerate the adoption of sustainable transportation among Filipino consumers.

Autocar’s Take
VinFast’s decision to introduce battery-swapping electric motorcycles in the Philippines could help address one of the biggest barriers to EV adoption: convenience. While electric motorcycles are becoming more common, concerns about charging time and battery life remain. A battery-swapping system offers a practical solution, especially in a country where motorcycles serve as daily transportation and livelihood tools.
The flexible ownership model also makes entry into electric mobility more accessible. Success will ultimately depend on how quickly VinFast can expand its battery-swapping network, but this launch shows the company is serious about building a complete green mobility ecosystem in the Philippines.
