VinFast isn’t just limited to 4-wheel electric mobility. It also has an established global presence in the 2-wheel market. In its home country, Vietnam, it recently introduced four new electric scooters (e-scooters), alongside the completion of the first phase of its battery swap network program. The announcement marks a major step in the mobility brand’s strategy to accelerate the adoption of e-scooters by addressing both product diversity and charging convenience.
The newly introduced VinFast e-scooter lineup includes three battery-swapping models: the Evo, Feliz II, and the all-new Viper, along with the Amio, a pedal-assisted e-scooter designed for license-exempt use. These models cater to a wide range of riders, from daily urban commuters to younger users seeking compact and accessible mobility solutions.

Among the new models, the Viper stands out with a fresh design. It also comes with a suite of smart features such as a smart key system with location tracking and remote immobilization, LED projector headlights, and dual rear shock absorbers for improved ride stability. Powered by a 3,000 W in-hub motor, the Viper delivers a top speed of up to 70 kph. The Feliz II shares the same motor output, while the Evo is slightly detuned at 2,450 W. The VinFast Evo also has a variant called the Evo Lite, an e-scooter with a speed-limiter capped at 50 kph for license-free operation.
All models feature dual under-seat battery slots that use LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery technology. Vinfst chose to use LPF batteries as these are known for excelling in terms of durability and safety. With two fully charged batteries, the Evo can travel up to 165 km. Meanwhile, the Feliz II and the Viper are rated with a riding range of up to 156 km under standard conditions.

Completing the lineup is the Amio. This lightweight e-scooter comes with an 800 W motor, which allows it to travel a distance of up to 65 km on a single full charge. Designed for license-free use by students or those in need of very short-distance urban mobility solutions, the Amio is rated with a top speed of 30 kph.
Supporting the expanded product range is VinFast’s rapidly growing battery swap infrastructure. Through its charging subsidiary V-Geen, the company has completed the installation of 4,500 battery swap stations in Vietnam, with an ambitious target of 45,000 swap cabinets across 34 provinces and cities by the first quarter of 2026.
According to VinFast, deliveries of the new e-scooter models will begin by February 2026.
