Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) has expanded the variant lineup of the XForce by introducing a new entry-level GLX trim. The new XForce GLX variant was showcased alongside the preview of the Outlander PHEV at the 10th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS).
At first glance, the new Mitsubishi XForce GLX trim looks similar to its sibling variants. But a closer look reveals subtle design changes, which include the revamped front bumper. The XForce GLX is fitted with a simpler front bumper that’s finished in black compared to other XForce trim that has a two-tone accent.
Another noticeable difference is that the XForce GLX does not have fog lights, and it comes with a set of 17-inch alloy wheels that have a monotone finish, whereas other higher-spec trims come with 18-inch two-tone alloys. But the XForce GLX still comes with the same LED headlights and daytime running lights, allowing it to still have a modern and striking front end.

The rear, on the other hand, also comes with a subtle design change, which can be seen on the bumper. The XForce GLX’s rear bumper is finished in black, unlike higher-spec trims that come with a two-tone accent. Also noticeable is that the new XForce GLX doesn’t come with a black roof.
Inside, the Mitsubishi XForce GLX doesn’t come with leather trims on the steering wheel and shift knob. It also has a smaller infotainment touchscreen and a four-speaker audio system, which is a simpler sound setup compared to the Yamaha premium sound system. The XForce GLX also comes with an analog gauge cluster.

The XForce GLX is still powered by the same 1.5-liter gasoline engine that produces 104 horsepower and 141 Nm of torque, mated to a CVT. Mitsubishi gives the XForce GLX a sticker price of P1,119,000.
Catch the new XForce variant and other Mitsubishi vehicles such as the Outlander PHEV at PIMS 2026, which will run until June 7 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
