VinFast Philippines has expanded its model lineup as it officially launched the Limo Green, a seven-seater electric MPV that aims to replicate the success it had in its home country, Vietnam. With the Limo Green, VinFast PH is tapping fleet buyers.
The VinFast Limo Green comes with a sleek exterior design that features the car brand’s familiar V-shaped daytime running lights. It is complemented by a large front bumper that’s integrated with a black trim. Turning at the side, the sleek design approach continues to be seen while the 18-inch alloy wheels give extra style points to the Limo Green.
The rear is equipped with slim taillights, accented by glossy black trim for a distinctive finish. It then comes with a beefy bumper with black cladding, which gives the Limo Green a muscular look when viewed from the rear. VinFast’s seven-seater electric MPV also comes with a roof-mounted spoiler with a third brake light, as well as a shark fin antenna.
In terms of dimensions, the VinFast Limo Green is sized closely with the Toyota Innova. The Limo Green is sized 4,740mm long, 1,827mm wide, and 1,723mm tall. The Innova, on the other hand, measures 4,735mm long, 1,830mm wide, and 1,795mm tall. As such, the Limo Green shapes up at par with the Innova, especially when you look into the two MPVs ’ length and width. The Limo Green is 5mm longer, 3mm narrower, and 72mm shorter compared to the Innova.

Inside, the VinFast LimoGreen has a clean-looking and clutter-free dashboard layout, resulting in a rather simple yet aesthetically pleasing interior. The three-spoke steering wheel is as straightforward as it can get, while the center console is fitted with a knob-type shifter that is housed in a piano black trim.
Meanwhile, placed right at the center is the 10-inch infotainment screen that comes with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. The Limo Green also has four speakers, two USB Type A ports, two USB Type C ports, and two 12-volt charging ports. To add, the said electric MPV has a rear camera and rear parking assist.
The VinFast Limo Green is powered by a 60.13 kWh battery that powers the electric motor, generating an output of 201 horsepower and 280 Nm of torque. It comes with two drive modes: Eco and Normal.
VinFast claims that the Limo Green has a range of up to 450 kilometers on a single full charge. It can charge from 10 percent to 70 percent in 30 minutes through DC fast charging, according to the Vietnamese car brand.
The VinFast Limo Green comes with a starting price of P1,099,000 (with battery subscription) and P1,399,000 without battery subscription. As a review, VinFast’s battery subscription program is designed to lower the cost of EV ownership and make EVs more accessible, which could be an enticing deal for fleet buyers.
The VinFast battery subscription plan also offers practical benefits. VinFast assumes responsibility for battery maintenance and replacement, including a replacement guarantee should the battery capacity or operational life fall below 70 percent.
Autocar’s Take
