Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) remains committed to further establishing its presence in the market, as it reopens the Isuzu Sta. Rosa dealership that features an upgraded and modernized design in line with the Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS).

IPC said that the new Isuzu Sta. Rosa facility reflects the Japanese car brand’s dealership modernization program, which aims not only to refresh the brand’s presence across the country but to elevate overall customer experience. The new dealership design that’s integrated in Isuzu Sta. Rosa follows the same approach seen on Isuzu Mandaluyong, which opened as the car brand’s 50th dealership in the Philippines

Isuzu Sta. Rosa dealership spans a total floor area of 6,798 square meters, featuring a 539-square-meter showroom capable of displaying up to three light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and two trucks. IPC said that this setup offers customers a comprehensive view of Isuzu’s latest model lineup.

The upgraded Isuzu Sta. Rosa dealership also comes with a new sales lounge for customers, a new releasing area for smoother vehicle handovers, and an improved Body Repair and Paint (BRP) area. It also has a 2,198-square-meter service facility equipped with five service bays for LCVs and two dedicated bays for trucks, ensuring efficient handling of both private and commercial vehicle requirements.

IPC President Mikio Tsukui graced the inauguration of the revamped Isuzu Sta. Rosa dealership, where he highlighted the company’s drive to further elevate customer experience by continuously improving its nationwide dealer network.

“At Isuzu, our commitment goes beyond expanding our reach. We are equally focused on continuously improving our dealership facilities to ensure that every customer receives the same high level of service and care, wherever they may be in the country. With the opening of Isuzu Sta. Rosa, we move closer to delivering a consistent and enhanced ownership experience across all our 50 dealerships nationwide,” Tsukui shared.

Isuzu Sta. Rosa is owned and operated by Gencars Inc., one of IPC’s long-standing and trusted dealer partners. Gencars Inc. President Lerma Nacnac expressed optimism about the new facility’s impact on customers in the region.

“This dealership represents our continued investment in providing better service to our customers. With improved facilities and expanded capacity, we are confident that we can further elevate customer satisfaction and meet the growing demands of the Sta. Rosa and nearby communities,” Nacnac said.

Autocar’s Take

Isuzu Philippines is determined not just to expand its dealer network, but it also prioritizes keeping its brand’s image fresh and up to date. To do just that, Isuzu PH is reopening its dealerships that feature a modernized design that’s in line with the Isuzu Outlet Standard, which aims not only to refresh the brand’s presence across the country but to elevate overall customer experience.

This move by Isuzu PH is a good strategy in making the car brand have a fresh look, which could make its dealerships more enticing to go into, and more conducive to transact businesses such as selling their products.
