The first reason why VinFast is proudly claiming that its e-motorcycles are practical is because of its capability to offer access to dealerships, after-sales services, warranty coverage, and battery-swapping infrastructure. VinFast said that these factors all help make the transition to electric mobility more accessible and worry-free.

In fact, VinFast Motorcycle is accelerating its expansion in the Philippines by opening 21 dealerships across the country. The initial dealership network will operate in key cities nationwide, giving customers access not only to VinFast motorcycles but also to authorized servicing, test rides, technical support, charging solutions, and the company’s battery-swapping system.
Battery management
VinFast has you covered when it comes to battery management of its e-scooter models. Through its battery subscription model, it offers riders a way to manage battery costs without paying the full price upfront. Subscribers also gain access to VinFast’s battery-swapping network. Of note, VinFast shared that its e-motorcycles can swap batteries in just one minute, which addresses concerns about charging downtime.
Meanwhile, home charging also remains an option for riders who prefer it. For those who subscribe on or before September 30, 2026, VinFast is offering 12 months of free battery subscription for one battery, along with up to 20 free battery swaps per month.
Beyond upfront cost and daily practicality, the switch to electric motorcycles also carries long-term savings. Compared to similarly positioned ICE or gasoline motorcycles, VinFast claims that electric motorcycles can save riders an estimated P40,000 to P70,000 over five years, depending on the model, usage, and prevailing fuel and electricity prices.
Water-resistant components
VinFast’s e-motorcycles are built with water-resistant components for added confidence in wet conditions. The Viper, for example, features an IP67-rated water-resistant motor and controller system, designed to help riders manage flooded or rain-affected roads.
Diverse styling
VinFast’s three e-motorcycles offer diverse styling that is meant to fit different target clients. The VinFast Evo comes with a distinctive look, featuring a design that is said to lean towards classic European urban scooters.
The VinFast Feliz II, on the other hand, is said to come with a more premium-looking urban scooter design, as compared to the Evo. It features a longer body profile, larger wheels, and a more planted road presence. The longer profile allows the Feliz II to have a confident stance.
Meanwhile, the VinFast Viper is integrated with the most aggressive styling compared to the Evo and the Feliz II. The Viper comes with sharp body lines, angular lighting signatures, and a sporty stance. As such, this VinFast e-scooter features a youthful and assertive demeanor.
