“Being part of CAMPI is a major step forward for GWM Philippines as we continue to strengthen our presence in the country. This milestone reinforces our commitment to contributing to the growth of the Philippine automotive industry while continuously delivering globally competitive vehicles, advanced technology, and customer-focused mobility solutions to Filipinos,” said GWM PH Brand Head Dax Avenido.

GWM PH added that being a CAMPI member brand comes at a pivotal time for the brand, as it continues to expand its local lineup and dealer network nationwide. Among the new products that GWM PH has in store for the market is the Haval H7, which will be debuting this second quarter of 2026, but it is now available for reservation

Based on the initial information shared by GWM PH, the Haval H7 will have three variant options: a self-charging hybrid (HEV), a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) front-wheel-drive model, and a flagship Hi4 PHEV all-wheel-drive version. Of note, the GWM Haval H7 Hi4 4WD PHEV is the model’s range-topping variant that combines a 1.5-litre turbocharged gasoline engine with dual electric motors. It delivers notable performance figures of 364 horsepower and 760 Nm of torque.

GWM PH said that the upcoming Haval H7 further highlights the car brand’s aggressive push in the local SUV segment, bringing together “rugged styling, intelligent technology, premium comfort, and modern safety features designed for today’s Filipino drivers and families.”
