VinFast Philippines showcased the Limo Green and the Herio Green electric vehicles at its first participation in the Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS). The Limo Green and Herio Green are vehicles that show the brand’s vision of making EVs both a transportation solution and an economic opportunity.
Designed and marketed as service vehicles, the Limo Green and the Herio Green are two VinFast EVs that offer an alternative for drivers in the ride-hailing industry and transport services.
The reason is that these two EVs are part of VinFast PH’s RentaPasada program, which allows interested individuals to access VinFast EVs, such as the Limo Green and the Herio Green, through flexible rental arrangements.
Under the rental model, drivers can start earning on the Green GSM platform with a low upfront deposit, long-term contracts, and competitive fixed daily rates starting from P1,000.
VinFast PH shared that its RentaPasada program is part of its vision of making EVs relevant not only as a transportation solution but also as an economic opportunity. It also previously said that the rental program is designed to make it easier for drivers to switch to EVs, which will then support one of VinFast’s goals in helping the transport industry shift toward greener mobility.
As mentioned earlier, the Limo Green and the Herio Green are the EVs included in the RentaPasada program. The car brand shared that these EVs are purpose-built for high-frequency transport services. It is claimed to be engineered for durability, energy efficiency, and optimized total cost of ownership, while maintaining comfort for daily operations.
The VinFast Limo Green is available in the Philippines, and it was officially launched in February 2026. The Limo Green is powered by a 60.13 kWh battery that powers the electric motor, generating an output of 201 horsepower and 280 Nm of torque.
VinFast claims that the Limo Green has a range of up to 450 kilometers on a single full charge. It can charge from 10 percent to 70 percent in 30 minutes through DC fast charging, according to the Vietnamese car brand.
