Tuason Racing School (TRS) is set to bring back intense, wheel-to-wheel action as the 2025 V1 & 1NZ Unity Cup roars into round 3. Powered by GT Radial, the racing event will take place at the 4.2 km long Clark International Speedway (CIS) in Pampanga on November 22 to 23, 2025.
Serving as a support race for the 2025 Makabayan Endurance Cup, the V1 & 1NZ Unity Cup Round 3 will feature a 2-hour endurance race that will coincide with the 8-hour Makabayan enduro.
Battling it out for the win will be a grid of drivers from a variety of disciplines and skill levels. Alain Alzona from General Santos will be on a mission to dominate not just the 2-hour V1 race, but also the 8-hour endurance. Celebrity racer and gymkhana champion Troy Montero will also be on the grid to reclaim his momentum after a loss against Argentinian racer Andre Rodriguez in the previous round. Moreover, veteran racers such as Coach Oyi Aquino, Oliver Estrella, and Paolo Ang will also return, bringing in that familiar Vios Cup intensity.

V1 & 1NZ drivers will be using machines such as the V1 single seat racecar, as well as race-prepped units of the Toyota Vios and Toyota Yaris. One notable thing about these machines is that they all share the tried-and-true 1.5-liter Toyota 1NZ engine with 110 hp on tap.
“This year’s event is set to be more explosive than ever, with the interesting combination of the V1 and 1NZ cup as a support race for the Makabayan Cup. This means an absolutely huge combined grid, which will add a new level of challenge for our competitors. We invite everyone to come and experience this adrenaline firsthand,” shared JP Tuason, founder of TRS and the Series Director for the V1 & 1NZ Unity Cup.

GT Radial, the event’s title sponsor, reaffirmed its support, not only for the V1 & 1NZ Unity Cup, but also for the continued growth of Philippine motorsport. Mannix Ocampo, Director of GT Radial, went on to say, “We are proud to support Philippine motorsports by sponsoring the V1 & 1NZ Cup in delivering breathtaking challenges for the racers and excitement to the motorsports fans, exemplifying our ongoing commitment to excellence and development in the sport.”
The 3rd round of the 2025 V1 & 1NZ Unity Cup is free to attend. Visitors can expect the action to begin at 8:00 AM. Food and drinks will be available on site.
TRS extends its support and appreciation to GT Radial, Clark International Speedway, and event partners including Time Attack Manila, Autoindustriya, Autocar Philippines, Novellino, Fitbar, Rota, Toptul, OMP, and Imprint Customs.
