
Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has officially begun the retail sales of the Land Cruiser 300 Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV), which is one of the vehicles that was showcased by the car brand during the 10th Philippine International Motor Show alongside the Land Cruiser FJ and Hilux.
As such, TMP has expanded its new energy vehicle model options yet again with the Land Cruiser 300 HEV. Toyota PH said that it continues to further expand its lineup to cater to its customers’ different lifestyles and as part of the company’s efforts to reduce carbon emissions.
“The Land Cruiser HEV is part of Toyota’s efforts in offering different powertrains that address our customers’ needs and lifestyles. Customers who want to experience the legendary heritage and proven performance of the Land Cruiser while having access to Toyota’s hybrid technology,” said TMP First Vice President for Vehicle Sales Operations Elijah Marcial.
“We hope the addition of the Land Cruiser HEV to Toyota’s wide lineup of cars gives our customers the power of choice when it comes to their mobility needs,” Marcial added.

The Land Cruiser 300 HEV still comes with the SUV’s familiar bold and composed exterior. But it features a subtle change with the inclusion of aero with jet-black garnish. The Land Cruiser 300 HEV also gets electronic power steering, JBL audio, panoramic cameras, Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, and a 12.3-inch digital display.
The most notable update is that it now comes with a twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 gasoline engine and a hybrid motor for a total of 415 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels via a 10-speed automatic transmission.
Exterior color options for the Land Cruiser 300 HEV include Attitude Black Mica, Silver Metallic, and Gray Metallic, which come with a sticker price of P6,930,000. Meanwhile, the Land Cruiser 300 HEV in Precious White Pearl color is priced at P6,945,000.
