Laus Auto Services Inc. (LASI) has been officially designated as a Tesla Approved Collision Center. As it stands, it is now the second facility in the Philippines to receive the distinction from the American electric vehicle (EV) brand.

Located along Manuel A. Roxas Highway in the Clark Special Economic and Freeport Zone in Pampanga, the 1.9 ha facility strengthens Tesla’s after-sales and collision repair network as the number of Tesla vehicles on Philippine roads continues to grow. The latest accreditation also further positions Clark as an emerging hub for advanced automotive and electric vehicle services in the Philippines.

Established in 2019, LASI provides general automotive services, body paint work, and collision repair for various vehicle brands. The company said its recognition as a Tesla Approved Collision Center reflects its investment in advanced equipment, specialized repair processes, and highly trained technicians.

Tesla Approved Collision Centers are factory-trained and equipped to restore Tesla vehicles according to the manufacturer’s original specifications, helping ensure structural integrity, safety, and finish quality after collision repairs.

A key part of LASI’s capability is its partnership with Sweden-based Car-O-Liner, a global provider of collision repair technology. The facility utilizes computerized body alignment systems designed to restore heavily damaged vehicles with precision and accuracy.

Paul A. Laus, president of Laus Auto Group, welcomed the designation, noting that the recognition validates the facility’s capability to support Tesla owners and repair vehicles involved in collisions. The executive shared, “We are indeed delighted to being only the second Approved  Collision Center by Tesla Motor Philippines Inc. in the country, as this distinction recognizes the full  potential of our facilities to assist and repair Tesla cars involved in any collision.”

Tesla officially entered the Philippine market in November 2024 and has since sold more than 3,800 vehicles, highlighting the growing adoption of EVs in the country. As Tesla ownership expands, the need for certified collision repair facilities and specialized EV service centers is expected to increase.

LASI is open from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tesla owners may schedule service appointments through the Tesla mobile application or contact the facility directly through its customer care hotline +63908-8198080.

Autocar’s Take

As EV adoption continues to rise, access to certified collision repair facilities becomes even more important. The appointment of Laus Auto Services as a Tesla Approved Collision Center is a significant development for Tesla owners in the Philippines. Tesla vehicles require specialized repair procedures, tools, and training that ordinary body shops may not possess. Having only the second Tesla-approved facility in the country highlights both the growing EV market and the need for more qualified service providers.
