Radar EV Pickup Philippines, under UAAGI Auto Group, has partnered with Pacific Autoworld Inc. of the Borromeo Group of Companies to expand its market reach, specifically in Cebu. Radar EV Pickup PH said that this partnership will enable the brand to further promote all-electric and plug-in hybrid pickup trucks to the region.

The car brand said that this move shows its commitment to aggressively expand its nationwide network by bringing its new energy vehicle (NEV) pickup model lineup to one of the country’s most dynamic regional markets.

The partnership was sealed at a contract signing between Radar EV Pickup PH Brand Head Franz Decloedt and Pacific Autoworld Inc. Managing Director Marco Borromeo. The brand added that this partnership fits into UAAGI’s nationwide push to put NEVs and aftersales service centers within reach of key provincial markets.

In line with this, Chery Auto PH, a brand also under UAAGI Auto Group, has strengthened its presence in the Visayas as the brand continues its nationwide dealer network expansion. This time, the Chinese carmaker has also teamed up with Pacific Autoworld Inc. The agreement covers the establishment of a new Chery dealership in Cebu, one of the country’s key automotive markets outside Metro Manila.

The partnership was formalized during a contract signing attended by Chery Auto Philippines Brand Head Franz Decloedt and Pacific Autoworld Inc. Managing Director Marco Borromeo. The move highlights Chery’s aggressive push to expand its reach across the country as demand for hybrid vehicles, electric vehicles, and tech-driven mobility solutions continues to grow among Filipino consumers.

Backed by 25 years of automotive expertise, Radar EV Pickup PH expressed that Borromeo Group is the ideal partner to introduce Radar to Cebu, where local motorists can learn more about the product, such as its smart technology and advanced safety.

The upcoming Cebu dealership marks a significant milestone for both companies. It will become the fourth UAAGI-distributed brand to partner with Pacific Autoworld Inc. in Cebu, joining a strong premium lineup that already includes BAIC, Chery, and Jetour.
