The local lighting brand cited that the continuous surge in fuel prices are affecting the cost of its materials as well as the overhead cost of its operations. The strong US Dollar-to-Philippine Peso exchange is another culprit for the price increase. According to the notice posted by Keon Sondra, the Dollar inflation has affected the international suppliers’ cost and import fees, making a substantial effect on its costing.
However, Keon Sondra assured its potential customers that despite the price movement, the brand will be keeping the increase to a minimum.
