Jetour Auto Philippines Inc. (JAPI) is looking to build stronger relationships with its customers beyond vehicle ownership, bringing together more than 300 enthusiasts for the first Jetour Adventure Camp and launching a nationwide community for owners.
The first edition of Jetour Adventure Camp gathered 80 owners of the Jetour T1, T2 and G700, along with their families. Organized through the company’s Customer Service Department, the event offered an opportunity for owners to meet fellow enthusiasts, enjoy family activities and interact with the people behind the brand.
Activities included games, food, raffle prizes and a vehicle-to-load (V2L) competition that demonstrated how Jetour vehicles could power equipment beyond their primary role as transportation. The event also featured a V2L-powered latte art experience with the Barista Brothers, highlighting a practical application of the technology.
Families had other ways to spend the day, including kid-friendly movie screenings, a marshmallow bonfire and team-building activities. These gave attendees opportunities to connect outside the usual showroom and service-center environment.
The gathering’s main highlight was the official launch of Jetour Club PH, a nationwide community open to owners of different Jetour models across the Philippines.

The club is intended to give members a platform to exchange experiences, participate in activities, support causes and build connections with fellow owners. JAPI also plans to organize future gatherings for customers and their families, extending the community beyond a shared interest in vehicles.
Miguelito Jose, managing director of Jetour Auto Philippines, said the initiative would create more opportunities for owners to meet, exchange ideas and participate in activities together. He also thanked customers for contributing to the brand’s growth in the country.
Beyond community-building, JAPI used the event to emphasize its commitment to customer support after a vehicle purchase. Aftersales Director Eryx Guiang encouraged owners with questions, service needs or vehicle concerns to contact the company’s Kendee Hotline at 0917-5JETOUR.
JAPI is part of the UAAGI Auto Group, which provides technical expertise and operational resources supporting its aftersales operations. These include training through UAAGI’s Center for Technical Excellence, as well as a parts warehouse and distribution network intended to support parts availability and service requirements.
With Jetour Club PH now launched, the company aims to maintain customer engagement through future social gatherings, shared interests and advocacies. The challenge will be turning the enthusiasm seen at the inaugural camp into a consistent ownership experience, supported by an active community and dependable aftersales assistance.

Autocar’s Take
This is a welcome step toward building a stronger relationship between the brand and its customers. Launching an owners club gives clients something beyond their vehicles: a community where they can share experiences, join activities and build friendships. The V2L demonstrations also offered a practical way to show how vehicle technology can support activities outside driving.
Still, the real measure of success will come after the event. Owners need consistent after-sales support, accessible service and meaningful engagement throughout their ownership journey. If the brand can deliver on those priorities, its new club could become a valuable part of the ownership experience in the Philippines.
