Isuzu Cagayan De Oro wins back-to-back Dealer of the Year award

Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) announced that Isuzu Cagayan De Oro clinched its back-to-back Dealer of the Year award, proving its consistency in offering an outstanding car-buying experience. The said award was given during the annual Isuzu Dealer of the Year Awards, an event that honors dealers and individuals who showed operational excellence.

For the second consecutive year, Isuzu Cagayan De Oro took home the overall 2025 Isuzu Dealer of the Year, which is a testament to its performance across sales, service, parts operations, and dealership management. 

IPC President Mikio Tsukui said that Isuzu Cagayan De Oro’s back-to-back wins show the dealership’s disciplined operations and commitment to continuously improving its services.

“The Isuzu Dealer of the Year Awards reflect our deep appreciation for our dealers who consistently uphold the Isuzu brand promise in every customer touchpoint. Winning this award for two consecutive years is a testament to Isuzu Cagayan De Oro’s disciplined operations, strong customer focus, and commitment to continuous improvement,” Tsukui said.

Other Isuzu dealers recognized for their excellent service are Isuzu Subic, which took home the second-place finish behind Isuzu Cagayan De Oro. Rounding up the top three is Isuzu Cababatuan.

The Japanese car brand noted that the Dealer of the Year Award is given to the dealership that scored the highest among different categories, which include the following: sales performance, aftersales operations, customer satisfaction, parts availability, facility standards, and adherence to Isuzu operational policies. Isuzu Philippines added that this award plays a significant role in sustaining its leadership in the commercial vehicle industry.

IPC also gave out special awards, such as the Sales Operations category, which gives a spotlight to dealerships that achieved strong market performance. Isuzu Pasig claimed first place, followed by Isuzu Alabang and Isuzu Cagaran De Oro.

On the other hand, Isuzu Subic secured first place for the Service Operations category. It is followed by Isuzu Cagayan De Oro in second place, and Isuzu Calapan placing third.

Meanwhile, Isuzu Cabanatuan finished in first place for the Parts Operations category. It is followed by Isuzu La Union and Isuzu Tagum.

Individual excellence was also recognized, with Rica Anne Quico of Isuzu Alabang taking home the 2025 Sales Executive of the Year, while Migueland Castro of Isuzu EDSA was given the 2025 Truck Elite of the Year award.
