Ford Philippines has brought together more than 50 vehicle owners for its first-ever Ford Service Fest, an event designed to highlight the company’s after-sales services, maintenance facilities and efforts to improve the ownership experience.
Held at the Ford Learning Center in Calamba, Laguna, the one-day gathering gave members of Ford owner clubs an opportunity to learn more about the Ford Family Guarantee, the company’s after-sales program built around convenience, affordability and service quality.
The event featured interactive learning sessions, facility tours, test drives and free vehicle inspections. Participants also met Ford dealer representatives and learned about the services available to support their vehicles beyond the initial purchase.
“The Ford Service Fest brings the Ford Family Guarantee to life by giving our owner communities a firsthand look at the people, facilities, and services that support them throughout their ownership journey,” said Pushparaj Muthusamy, director of Ford Philippines’ Customer Service Division.
The program included six activity stations covering after-sales services, car care and vehicle maintenance. Dealer-led discussions introduced participants to Express Service, Mobile Service, pickup and delivery, online service booking, genuine Ford parts and accessories, warranty coverage, and Scheduled Service Plan packages, including SSP Plus.

Ford also showcased its Mobile Service Vehicle, which brings servicing capabilities to customers’ preferred locations. The service uses Ford-trained technicians, genuine parts and specialized tools, offering an alternative to visiting a dealership for certain maintenance needs.
Participants toured Ford’s Parts Distribution Center to understand how genuine parts and accessories are managed and distributed across the dealer network. According to Ford Philippines, the facility supports daily deliveries to dealerships in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, helping improve parts availability and reduce repair waiting times.
The Ford Learning Center also opened its doors to owners, highlighting the company’s investment in technical and nontechnical training for dealership personnel nationwide. The facility helps equip dealer teams with the skills and knowledge needed to provide consistent customer service.
Beyond its service activities, the festival brought together members of seven Ford owner communities, including clubs for the Everest, Mustang, Ranger, Raptor and Territory, as well as the Ford Off-Roaders Club of the Philippines.
The gathering gave owners a venue to exchange experiences, build connections and engage directly with Ford representatives.
For Ford Philippines, the inaugural Service Fest underscores the importance of after-sales support in vehicle ownership. By introducing customers to its maintenance programs, service facilities and trained personnel, the company aims to strengthen confidence in its dealer network and make vehicle care more accessible throughout the ownership journey.

Autocar’s Take
Ford Philippines’ first Service Fest is a welcome initiative because vehicle ownership should involve more than buying a car and returning to the dealership when something goes wrong. Owners need accessible maintenance, reliable parts availability and service options that fit their schedules. Programs such as Mobile Service and online booking could make a meaningful difference, particularly for customers who struggle to find time for routine maintenance. If Ford can deliver on convenience, affordability and quality, its after-sales program could strengthen long-term customer confidence.
