The Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines (EVAP) is delighted to share their positive evaluation of the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, which was cordially lent to the guild by Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) for an extensive assessment.
