
The Chery Smart Access app is now officially available for Tiggo rEV owners. The said app was launched by Chery Auto Philippines through an exclusive event it organized for Chery Tiggo rEV owners, held at the UAAGI Auto Group Center for Technical Excellence.
Chery Auto PH shared that the exclusive event brought together 88 Tiggo rEV owners, wherein the car brand prepared an immersive brand experience, which aims to deepen engagement and reinforce trust in the Chery brand.
The highlight of the event was the launch of the Chery Smart Access app, which is said to allow Tiggo rEV owners to connect with and remotely access their vehicles conveniently. Chery Auto PH made use of the event to give a rundown of the Chery Smart Access app, such as explaining the app’s comprehensive features designed to enhance everyday driving and ownership.

The features included in the Chery Smart Access app are the following:
Real-Time Monitoring
Chery Auto PH said that the app’s Real-Time Monitoring feature allows users to track essential vehicle information such as fuel capacity, tire pressure, energy voltage, charging status, odometer reading, and current and total driving range. The app also provides helpful reminders for charging schedules.
Remote Access
The car brand shared that the Remote Access feature enables Tiggo rEV owners to start the engine, open the tailgate, control the sunroof, lock and unlock doors, and open or close windows remotely. Chery Auto PH added that the app allows users to locate their vehicle in parking areas and schedule engine start with pre-cooling for added convenience. The latter could be handy since we’re now entering the summer season.
Smart A/C Control
Chery Auto PH said that the Smart A/C Control enables air purification, one-click cooling, defogging functions, front ventilated seat control, and customizable temperature settings.
Aside from introducing the Chery Smart Access app, participants were given a tour of the UAAGI Auto Group Center for Technical Excellence. The car brand said this experience gave customers a greater appreciation for its commitment to service excellence and technical expertise.
Chery’s customers also explored the Parts Warehouse, gaining insight into the robust support system that ensures parts availability and timely service.

Chery’s app is similar to Ford Pass and Nissan Connect. The Ford Pass app offers customers a richer ownership experience as a one-stop platform with an array of functional and practical features that offer convenience to customers. Nissan Connect, on the other hand, offers similar features, and it is available in Nissan models such as the Almera.
