In a bid to enhance automotive services and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction, Caltex, marketed by Chevron Philippines Inc. (CPI), embarked on an ambitious journey in 2023 to fortify its workshop network across the Philippines. The year witnessed the opening of 82 Do-It-For-Me (DIFM) establishments, including Caltex Havoline autoPro, Caltex Havoline bikePro, and Caltex Delo Sports oil change workshops, strategically positioned in key locations nationwide. This significant expansion brings the total DIFM network to an impressive 359 workshops, reaffirming Caltex’s commitment to serving Filipino motorists with excellence.
These Caltex-branded workshops offer a comprehensive array of services ranging from lubrication, engine repairs, and tune-ups to wheel alignment, general maintenance, and meticulous car wash and detailing. Equipped with expert mechanics and utilizing high-quality oils and lubricants, these workshops ensure utmost convenience and reliability for customers seeking top-tier automotive care.
A shining example of this commitment lies in the Caltex Havoline autoPro workshop nestled along Marcos Highway in Pasig City. Through diligent efforts in reimagining its automotive care and maintenance services, coupled with enhancements in facilities and adherence to Caltex’s rigorous technical standards, the workshop witnessed substantial growth in sales and revenue throughout 2023.
Venturing into the Visayas region, Caltex further solidified its presence with the inauguration of Cebu Easy Autocare Center and TRP Tactical Racing Philippines in AC Cortes, Mandaue City. These workshops, catering to both automotive and motorcycle enthusiasts, exemplify Caltex’s dedication to providing top-notch services tailored to diverse customer needs. By leveraging the quality of Delo Sports diesel engine oil and Havoline motorcycle oil products, customers can rest assured of unparalleled service quality and reliability.

Meanwhile, in the southwest region of Mindanao, Caltex made significant strides with the establishment of the Caltex Delo Sports oil change workshop at HD3 Auto Care Services in Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat. Positioned strategically to tap into the burgeoning market for DIFM services, this expansive workshop, spanning a vast 1-hectare lot, stands as the brand’s largest facility in the country. With the capacity to accommodate up to 24 vehicles simultaneously and ample space for future expansion, it symbolizes Caltex’s unwavering commitment to setting new industry benchmarks and catering to evolving customer demands.
Reflecting on these achievements, CPI Country Chairman Billy Liu expressed pride in Caltex’s relentless pursuit of excellence, both for motorists and workshop partners alike. He reiterated the brand’s dedication to offering a holistic range of services aimed at keeping vehicles in peak condition, thereby enabling customers to embark on their journeys with confidence and peace of mind. As Caltex continues to chart new territories and elevate industry standards, motorists can rest assured of unparalleled automotive care and service excellence across the Philippines.
