VinFast E-Motorcycle is set to establish itself in the Philippine market with the introduction of its first product lineup, which includes the Evo, Feliz II, and the Viper. These three VinFast e-scooters will be available for test rides at all VinFast E-Motorcycle dealerships nationwide starting July 31, 2026.

VinFast E-Motorcycle said that all three e-scooter models will be on display at its dealerships nationwide in their available color options, giving visitors the chance to compare their designs and features up close. VinFast representatives will also be more than willing to answer questions about features, pricing, and ownership options.

We previously published a story that gives an overview of each of the three VinFast e-motorcycles, the Evo, Feliz II, and the Viper. VinFast shared that the Evo combines elegant styling with everyday agility, with a top speed of 80 km/h and a range of up to 150 kilometers when equipped with two fully charged batteries. The Feliz II, on the other hand, takes a practical, versatile approach with a top speed of 90km/h, according to the brand. Meanwhile, VinFast also noted that the Viper features sporty styling and has the capability to reach a top speed of 90 km/h.

VinFast added that it will organize test ride activities at dealerships in key cities including Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, and Metro Davao. Dealerships in Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Bulacan are also expected to open public test rides, giving more Filipinos the chance to see and learn more about VinFast’s e-motorcycle lineup. The Vietnamese brand will also highlight its battery-swapping technology, which is one of the things that it is pushing in the local market.

As previously reported, VinFast plans to deploy around 30,000 battery-swapping stations nationwide that will be situated at VinFast dealerships, partner motorcycle shops, malls, and fuel stations across the country. The brand intends to create a network designed to make battery access more convenient for riders.

Autocar’s Take

VinFast E-Motorcycle is determined to establish itself in the Philippine market with the launch of its first product lineup that includes the Evo, Feliz II, and the Viper. Through the three e-scooters, VinFast E-Motorcycle intends to target diverse riders. The Evo comes with a classic-looking finish, while the Feliz II and the Viper come with a sporty design. Aside from the initial models, VinFast is also pushing for its battery-swapping technology through its One-Minute Swap system. This allows riders to pull into a swap station and trade a drained battery for a fully charged one. The Vietnamese company claims that the whole battery-swapping process only takes about a minute.
