Suzuki Philippines, Inc. (SPH) has expanded its brand footprint in Central Luzon with the official opening of Suzuki Auto Bataan, strengthening its presence in one of the region’s fastest-developing provinces. The new dealership was established in partnership with Greensun Automotive Enterprises, Inc., under the Laus Group of Companies.
Located along the Bataan Provincial Highway in Barangay Culis, Hermosa City, Suzuki Auto Bataan is a full-service 3S facility offering sales, after-sales services, and a wide range of spare parts. The dealership features a modern showroom that can display up to five vehicles. It also features seven service bays designed to deliver efficient after-sales service to customers in Bataan and nearby areas. The dealership will be supported by the Laus Group’s dedicated service team to deliver a consistent customer experience.
The opening ceremony was attended by key officials from both the public and private sectors, highlighting Suzuki Auto Bataan’s role in supporting local development. Among those present were Bataan Governor Jose Enrique S. Garcia III and Hermosa Mayor Anne Inton, whose participation highlighted the importance of improved mobility access in the province.

Suzuki Philippines Director and General Manager for the Automobile Division, Norihide Takei, said the establishment of Suzuki Auto Bataan reflects the brand’s commitment to its customers. He noted that the new 3S dealership embodies Suzuki’s “By Your Side” brand promise, which is anchored on strong dealer partnerships and customer trust.
Meanwhile, Laus Group of Companies Chairman and CEO Lisset Laus-Velasco emphasized Suzuki Auto Bataan’s local impact. The executive noted that the facility provides greater convenience and accessibility for motorists in Bataan and surrounding areas, adding that Suzuki’s compact, fuel-efficient, and hybrid models are well-suited to the mobility needs of local customers.
Yukio Sato, Suzuki Philippines After-Sales Service and Marine Division General Manager, highlighted the importance of after-sales support, stating that the opening is a milestone not only for sales but also for service. He mentioned Suzuki’s focus on customer satisfaction through reliable sales, genuine parts, and long-term ownership support.
Autocar’s Take
It’s no secret that every car brand operating in the Philippines aims for consistent expansion, not only to build brand awareness but also to drive business growth through top-quality sales and after-sales support. Suzuki’s recent opening of its Bataan dealership is a prime example. It shows how the tried-and-true business strategy of prioritizing strategic expansion over rapid sales volume can work to establish a solid long-term foothold in the market. By putting up a full 3S facility in a growing provincial market, SPH reinforces the idea that long-term brand strength is built on accessibility and after-sales support, not just showroom presence.
Bataan’s steady economic growth makes it a logical next step, and Suzuki’s emphasis on small, efficient, and hybrid models aligns well with real-world driving conditions in areas outside major urban areas. Backed by the brand’s notable 2025 performance, it won’t be a surprise that Suzuki Auto Bataan will contribute to SPH’s success in the years to come.
