
Hariphil Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI), the official distributor of Hyundai Truck & Bus (HTB) in the Philippines, has partnered with Lalamove to enhance last-mile logistics through efficient and reliable transport solutions. This collaboration is seen as a significant step in further enhancing Lalamove’s delivery operations through the reinforcement of HTB PH’s commercial vehicles.
HTB PH shared that the partnership aims to improve Lalamove’s “fleet efficiency, driver productivity, and overall operational sustainability while delivering smarter and more scalable logistics solutions.” The partnership between the two companies was formalized through a memorandum signing attended by key representatives from both organizations.
HARI was represented by Ladislao Z. Avila, Jr., Director, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer, and Timothy Joshua S. Magisa, Assistant Vice President for the National Sales Division. On the other hand, Lalamove Philippines was represented by Djon Paolo T. Nacario, Managing Director, and Jefferson B. Balanga, Senior Manager for Driver Operations.
Hyundai Truck & Bus PH provided the following vehicles to Lalamove: the HD50s GT HARI Cab and the Mighty Electric, a full electric commercial vehicle. The HD50s GT HARI Cab provides a payload capacity of 2,300 kilograms with durability and flexibility, and it is powered by a 2.9-liter diesel engine that delivers 158 horsepower and 392 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the Mighty Electric has a payload capacity of 4,100 kg along with an electric driving range of up to 260 kilometers.
