In a move to enhance its business direction in the country, Nissan Philippines has reinforced its presence through a series of new dealer partnerships. The initiative aims to strengthen its nationwide network and improve customer access across key areas where demand is felt.

The company confirmed that it has appointed Autohub Group, Synergyauto Ventures Corporation (SVC) Group, and Autocentral Group as its new dealer partners tasked to manage select dealerships. It said that these collaborations are part of its strategy to ensure operational continuity and further enhance service quality. The new business partners are expected to support Nissan’s growth in the Philippines by tapping into the expertise and established capabilities of experienced automotive retail groups.

The move comes as the Japanese brand continues to adapt to shifting market conditions and evolving customer expectations. By working with new partners, Nissan said its dealership operations will now be further streamlined, improving customer touchpoints and ensuring its facilities are aligned with global standards. The transition is also a strategic approach to network management, allowing the company to focus on both efficiency and expansion.

“Nissan Philippines is committed to building a dealer network that delivers the best possible ownership experience for every Nissan customer. These new partnerships reflect our confidence in the Philippine market and our long-term commitment to Filipino motorists. We are excited to work with Autohub Group, SVC Group, Autocentral Group, and our forthcoming partners to bring Nissan’s world-class products and services to even more communities across the country, ” said Julie Ann Gutierrez, Nissan Philippines General Manager, Dealer Network Development and Customer Quality.

Her statement holds true as, according to the company, the newly appointed dealers will oversee operations in several high-priority areas, helping maintain stability and introducing improvements in sales and after-sales services.

Nissan Philippines assured customers that all warranties, service agreements, and existing commitments remain valid. The transition to new dealer partners will be seamless, with no disruption to the overall ownership experience. Customer data will be managed in compliance with the Data Privacy Act, and the newly assigned dealer partners will send notifications to guide customers through the process.

The transition is underway and expected to be completed within the coming weeks. Nissan Philippines emphasized that measures are in place to ensure a smooth handover, maintaining uninterrupted sales and aftersales support for all affected customers.

Autocar’s Take

In markets such as the Philippines, where after-sales support often defines brand loyalty, having capable and well-managed dealerships is just as important as launching new models. In this case, Nissan Philippines’ move to strengthen its dealer network through new partnerships is a necessary step to further improve stability and customer-focused growth.

This also shows a more direct approach to network management, prioritizing service consistency and business sustainability. It also signals confidence in local partners who understand the nuances of their respective markets. With competition intensifying and customer expectations rising, reinforcing the dealer backbone puts Nissan in a better position to deliver a more reliable, competitive ownership experience.
