SMC Asia Car Distributors Corp., the official importer and distributor of BMW vehicles in the Philippines, has expanded the trim options for the X1 xDrive25e plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) with the introduction of the xLine variant. As a review, BMW Philippines introduced the X1 xDrive 25e M Sport PHEV last February.

The xLine is BMW’s trim option or styling package that intends to offer design trims that add a rugged appeal to the vehicle. With that in mind, the BMW X1 xDrive25e xLine PHEV is integrated with a design package that makes it look different from its M Sport sibling. It is fitted with a more aggressive-looking front bumper that features black and silver trims.

The fender flares are also integrated with a black and silver trim, which is also seen on the X1 xLine’s side profile. The rear, on the other hand, features a more rugged-looking bumper as compared to the X1 xDrive 253 M Sport. The BMW X1 xDrive25e xLine trim’s exterior is finished with a set of 18-inch alloy wheels.
