Autocar’s Take
BMW Philippines aims to continue its upward sales trend as it introduces another PHEV model, the BMW X1 xDrive25e M Sport. By offering the said vehicle, BMW PH is giving potential clients more options when it comes to buying a BMW, since it comes with an internal combustion engine and an electric motor.
By offering it as a PHEV, BMW said that the X1 xDrive25e M Sport balances performance with efficiency. An electric-only range of up to 101 kilometers is more than enough for daily city drives, while the presence of an internal combustion engine reduces range anxiety, making journeys less of a hassle and trips to the fuel stations fewer.
