Ford Philippines continues to demonstrate its commitment to providing its customers with the best possible car-buying and car-ownership experience. The Blue Oval brand, in partnership with Fairlane Automotive Ventures, Inc. (FAVI), announced the reopening of Ford Iloilo, which now features a bigger showroom and more service bays.
Ford said that its revamped Iloilo dealership is now situated in a new location, which is intended to give an enhanced ownership experience and to better serve its growing customer base. Ford Iloilo is now located along Benigno Aquino Jr. Avenue, Cabugao Sur, Santa Barbara, Iloilo.
FAVI General Manager Andre Borromeo said that Ford Iloilo reflects FAVI’s long-term commitment to providing quality service to its customers in Iloilo.
“We are proud to officially inaugurate Ford Iloilo and to welcome our customers to a bigger and better dealership. This milestone reflects our long-term commitment to providing quality and reliable service to our customers in Iloilo and nearby areas,” Borromeo said.
The relocated Ford Iloilo dealership spans over 5,000 square meters of total lot area and over 6,000 square meters of total floor area. It comes with a two-storey facility with a roof deck. More importantly, the new Ford Iloilo dealership is said to feature a modern showroom capable of displaying up to 10 vehicles. This is more than twice the capacity of the old showroom.
The car brand also shared that Ford Iloilo is equipped with 16 service bays, from eight previously. Ford PH noted that the 16 service bays will allow its Iloilo dealership to offer a faster and more efficient delivery of aftersales service, such as maintenance and repair.

With a larger facility that occupies a more strategic location in a growing market like Iloilo, we are better equipped to support our customers’ evolving needs and bring the Ford ownership experience closer to the community,” said Ford PH Managing Director Pedro Simoes.
Beyond its upgraded facilities, Ford Iloilo has earned recognition for its service excellence. The dealership ranked among Ford PH’s Top 3 Service Customer Satisfaction performers for 2024.
