Hyundai adds RCBC as newest partner for auto loan services

Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) wants to further offer flexible financing plans to give Filipino consumers more options and reasons to drive home a brand-new Hyundai vehicle. As such, HMPH officially welcomed Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) as its newest partner under Hyundai Finance. 

A ceremonial signing was held at the Grand Hyatt BGC to formally seal Hyundai and RCBC’s partnership, which is said to provide Hyundai clients with competitive retail financing products and exceptional customer service. Hyundai PH said that this is made possible through RCBC’s nationwide presence, robust consumer loan portfolio, and advanced digital infrastructure.

With this, HMPH shared that it is proud to partner with RCBC, given the latter’s proven expertise in delivering fast and seamless auto loan services. The ceremonial signing was graced by key executives, including HMPH President Jiho Son and RCBC Senior Vice President 2 and Consumer Lending Group Head Atty. Ramil de Villa. 

Hyundai PH said that both individuals expressed optimism about the collaboration, emphasizing its role in making vehicle ownership more accessible and convenient for Filipino customers. Hyundai added that this partnership marks a significant milestone for Hyundai Finance in expanding its offerings, providing competitive retail financing products, and excellent customer service.

This year, Hyundai PH launched several new vehicles, which include the facelifted Stargazer and Stargazer X. Both models debuted in the Philippines with revised styling, new features, and a complete safety suite aimed at keeping them competitive in the seven-seater MPV segment that includes the likes of the Toyota Avanza, Mitsubishi Xpander, and Honda BR-V.

The 2026 Hyundai Stargazer and Stargazer X are both equipped with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine that delivers 113 horsepower and 144 Nm of torque, mated to an Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT), which is Hyundai’s version of the continuously variable transmission (CVT).

Pricing for the 2026 Hyundai Stargazer starts at P1,118,000, while the Stargazer X starts at P1,318,000.
