Suzuki Philippines, Inc. (SPH) has expanded its footprint in Mindanao anew with the opening of Suzuki Auto Iligan. This marks the addition of another 3S dealership for SPH, made possible by its partnership with DES Strong Motors, Inc.
Suzuki Auto Iligan continues the brand’s efforts to make its vehicles and services more accessible nationwide. As such, it’s located in Purok Ilang-Ilang, Santa Filomena, Iligan City, an area SPH sees as a growing automotive market. As a 3S dealership, Suzuki Auto Iligan offers vehicle sales, servicing, and spare parts, making it a complete one-stop shop for customers looking to drive home a brand-new Suzuki and keep it in shape for years.
The new dealership features a modern showroom to highlight Suzuki’s latest models. It also has a fully-equipped service area designed to provide quality after-sales care.
Suzuki Auto Iligan is the fourth Suzuki dealership under DES Strong Motors, Inc., which is now led by Dr. Silvestre Lumapas Jr. (President), Ms. Marilou Du-Lumapas (Vice President), and Ms. Louise Camille D. Lumapas (Managing Director). The group’s expansion highlights its confidence in the Suzuki brand and its commitment to serving Northern Mindanao’s rising automotive industry.
During the inauguration, SPH President Koichiro Hirao expressed his gratitude to DES Strong Motors, Inc. Hirao went on to say, “This marks another milestone in our partnership with DES Strong Motors. Their passion and commitment continue to inspire us at Suzuki. We are proud to open Suzuki Auto Iligan — a new home for customers in Lanao del Norte and nearby areas.”

Known as the “City of City of Majestic Waterfalls,” Iligan City is one of Northern Mindanao’s most progressive centers of trade, industry, and tourism. The establishment of Suzuki Auto Iligan strengthens the brand’s presence in the region and supports its ongoing economic growth.
“At Suzuki, we live by our promise to always be ‘By Your Side.’ Through our vehicles, our service, and our trusted dealer partners like DES Strong Motors, we strive to be part of every customer’s journey,” Hirao added.
