Territory Assure+ is a comprehensive program designed to make the ownership journey more convenient and stress-free for both current and previous-generation Territory owners. The initiative offers a suite of services, including fast and efficient vehicle maintenance, free pick-up and delivery, mobility support, and enhanced customer care.
Key features of Territory Assure+ include:
- Express Service: Owners can benefit from quick and reliable periodic maintenance, completed within just 90 minutes, which includes a complimentary car wash.
- Free Pick-up and Delivery: Customers can enjoy the convenience of having their vehicle picked up from and returned to their preferred location for service maintenance. This door-to-door service is available within a 5-kilometer radius for Ford dealers in metro areas and an 8-kilometer radius for those in provincial areas.
- Mobility Support: If a vehicle requires more than a day of repairs, Territory owners have access to a loaner vehicle, ensuring they stay mobile while their car is being serviced.
- Improved Customer Support: Territory Assure+ offers a dedicated email address ([email protected]) for product or service-related queries. This is in addition to existing Ford customer service hotlines and social media channels.
