In Indonesia, VinFast said it accounted for more than 70 percent of VinFast’s sales during the first five months of 2026, with 1,093 units delivered. In the Philippines, it has also become one of VinFast’s best-selling models, according to the brand.

The Daily Commuter
VinFast claims that the VF 3 is an EV that can take on the urban jungle with its NEDC-rated range of 215 kilometers, which is said to cover a typical week of city driving. VinFast added that the VF 3’s full charge costs around P500 per week or around P2,000 a month for regular users. With this, the car brand said that a VF 3 user can save around P5,000 monthly, as a gasoline-powered car chips away at about P7,000.
The Small Business Owner
VinFast shared that the VF 3’s cabin is roomy despite having pint-sized dimensions. It also comes with 191mm of ground clearance, which the brand believes is beneficial for small business owners who consistently load supplies into the car. Its compact body also makes it easy to navigate around tight city streets and can fit into cramped parking spaces easily.

The Adventurer
The VinFast VF 3 is not just limited to city driving, as the car brand boasts that it can be driven on the open highway to enjoy out-of-town road trips. VinFast shared that VF 3 owners have taken the car for numerous runs outside the Metro, going on regular trips to Laguna, frequent drives along the Skyway, and longer adventures across the countless, beautiful provinces the Philippines offers.
VinFast claims round-trip journeys from Santa Rosa to Angeles, Pampanga, and drives to Tagaytay, for example, only needed to charge the VF 3 twice and spend under P600 in electricity.
The First-Time EV Buyer
VinFast said that the charging infrastructure in the Philippines is steadily expanding, and the car brand also provides complimentary charging at V-Green stations through March 2029. These things, according to the car brand, can help convince an individual to make the electric shift.
