Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) will be holding the Toyota Legacy Experience from July 31 to August 2, 2026, at the Eton City Square Village Walk in Santa Rosa, Laguna. The Toyota Legacy Experience is an event that celebrates the Japanese car brand’s heritage and community.
TMP is inviting the public to drop by the Toyota Legacy Experience to learn more about the brand’s legacy and heritage. Event goers can also test drive the all-new Land Cruiser FJ and all-new Hilux, which are two vehicles that were launched by Toyota PH during the 10th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS). Toyota PH said that the public can test drive the all-new Land Cruiser and Hilux on both asphalt and off-road.
Toyota PH has recently officially started the retail sales of the all-new Land Cruiser FJ. It is offering the all-new Land Cruiser FJ in two variants: TX A/T and VX A/T. Both variants are powered by a 2.7-liter 2TR-FE naturally aspirated gasoline engine, producing 166 horsepower and 245 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and a part-time four-wheel-drive system, operating in rear-wheel drive.
Meanwhile, the all-new Toyota Hilux is available with a 2.8-liter turbo-diesel, now matched with a sharper, Cyber-Sumo-inspired front end. Power tops out at 204 horsepower and 500 Nm. It also comes with an all-electric powertrain with the Hilux battery electric vehicle (BEV). It comes with a 59.2-kWh battery, all-wheel drive, 196 horsepower, and up to 315 km of NEDC-rated range
Aside from having the chance to get behind the wheel of the Land Cruiser FJ and the Hilux, event goers will also have the chance to see and experience the heritage of Toyota through special displays from car clubs and aftermarket shops. Toyota PH added that event-exclusive giveaways are also up for grabs through fun activities hosted by Toyota, local car communities, and aftermarket shops. Lastly, guests can grab a bite at the Tamaraw Food Park and relax with their family and friends!
Of note, the following Toyota car clubs will participate in the Toyota Legacy Experience event: Land Cruiser Club of the Philippines, FJ Cruiser Owners Philippines, Grupo Toyota, Aesthetics Toyota, Hilux Club PH, GR Supra PH, GR Yaris PH, 86 Club PH, GR Corolla, TMP Car Club, Car Friends, JDMUnderground Philippines, Hardcore Outdoor, and Slapsoil Car Club.
