Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) will be officially launching the all-new Ativ, pronounced “Ey-Tiv,” tomorrow, October 24, 2025, at the Bonifacio High Street Amphitheatre, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. TMP is also inviting the public to get the chance to test drive the different variants of the all-new Toyota Ativ, including the Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) in BGC from October 24 to 26, 2025.
Toyota’s nationwide dealership network is also driven to making it easier for customers to experience the vehicle up close in Toyota showrooms near their location.
“We know that a lot of Filipinos, particularly those aspiring to have an HEV as their first vehicle, are eagerly awaiting the release of the Toyota ATIV. The Toyota Ativ launch at the Bonfacio Global City Amphitheatre and Toyota Dealers nationwide are great opportunities for everyone to see how electrified technology can fit seamlessly to their unique needs,” said TMP First Vice President for Marketing Elijah Marcial.

TMP is giving guests a firsthand look at Toyota Ativ’s design, technology, and innovative hybrid features. Exterior-wise, the Ativ gets a complete makeover, featuring sharp, angular design details throughout the vehicle.
Inside, one can easily agree that it looks more premium than its predecessor. It is fitted with a 10.1-inch center screen and ample storage for the items you need to bring with you.
In terms of safety, TMP previously said that the all-new Ativ will come with Toyota Safety Sense, stability control, and six airbags as standard. This makes the Ativ a strong contender in the local subcompact sedan segment.

The all-new Toyota Ativ is powered by either a 1.3-liter 1NR-VE engine for the E variants or a 1.5-liter 2NR-VE engine for the G and HEV models. The Ativ HEV trim is integrated with an electric motor and a lithium-ion battery, similar to the setup found in the Yaris Cross HEV.
The 1.3-liter engine puts out 96 horsepower and 122 Nm of torque, while the 1.5-liter power unit 89 hp and 121 Nm of torque. When coupled with the electric motor, which delivers 78 hp, the hybrid’s combined output is 111 hp.
