Tesla Philippines intends to further strengthen its presence in the local market as it holds another mall display, showcasing the Model 3 and the Model Y L. Tesla’s next stop is at Glorietta 1 in Makati City, where it will be displaying the two Tesla vehicles until August 23, 2026.
The car brand’s mall display is a testament to Tesla PH’s intention to further amplify its EV sales in the market. As a review, Tesla PH has been the top-selling electric (EV) vehicle brand in the Philippines for two consecutive months, which was in May and in June 2026.
Based on the joint report of the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) and Truck Manufacturers Association, Inc. (TMA), Tesla PH sold the most EVs in May 2026, with 829 units sold. Its sales momentum carried on in June, as it posted 984 units sold. Its closest rival for May and June is VinFast, which yielded 561 units sold and 859 units sold, respectively.

With that, Tesla PH is displaying the Model 3 and the Model Y L at Glorietta 1, and it aims to make its EVs more accessible to potential clients. The Model Y L, a six-seater EV, uses a dual-motor all-wheel drive system, offering up to 681 km of range. This setup allows the vehicle to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in about five seconds and reach a top speed of 201 km/h. This is balanced by an electronically controlled adaptive suspension system for optimum ride comfort.
Aside from the two EVs, Tesla PH is also showcasing the Grok, an artificial intelligence assistant developed by xAI, the artificial intelligence company founded by Elon Musk. The system is integrated directly into Tesla’s infotainment interface and is designed to function as a conversational AI assistant inside the vehicle.
Tesla PH added that visitors could experience its EVs and explore possible charging options. Of note, limited test drive slots are available, provided the driver is at least 25 years old with a minimum of two years of driving experience, and has a valid driver’s license.

Autocar’s Take
Tesla Philippines continues its initiative of making its EVs more accessible to potential clients, as it holds a mall display for the Model 3 and the Model Y L. Tesla PH has been implementing this mall activation program for quite some time now. In comparison, other car brands also hold mall display activations as a way to reach more clients. Brands such as Suzuki, BYD, and Nissan, among others, are also holding on-ground activations to further highlight their current model lineup.
