Seaoil and Radical Motorsports Philippines have once again reaffirmed their partnership ahead of the 2026 season of the Seaoil Radical Challenge Philippines. This renewed partnership secured a multi-year backing for what is regarded by many as the fastest racing series in the country.
Now in its fifth year, the championship builds on the momentum of a closely fought 2025 campaign, where tight battles in both the SR3 and SR1 classes were decided right at the very end. Organizers confirmed that the series will retain its established four-round, with races scheduled across Clark International Speedway (CIS) and Batangas Racing Circuit (BRC).
The 2026 calendar opens on June 12 to 13 at CIS, followed by Round 2 on July 24 to 26, also at CIS. The Series moves to BRC for Round 3 on September 25 to 27, before returning to CIS for the final round on October 23 to 25.

Defending champions are expected to return in a bid to retain their titles, while new challengers are gearing up to contest what organizers anticipate will be a deeper and more competitive grid. Interest from new drivers continues to grow, signaling further expansion for the one-make series.
According to Radical Motorsport Philippines, performance levels in last year’s season have steadily risen, with lap records being set throughout 2025 and overall pace improving across both classes. The British sports car and purpose-built racecar manufacturer also shared that the championship runs on Seaoil Extreme-97 fuel. Engineered for racing applications, the fuel is capable of delivering consistency and reliability under competitive conditions.
Mark Yu, Seaoil President for Retail & CFO, described the partnership as a reinforcement of the fuel company’s commitment to innovation, performance, and excellence. The executive went on to add, “Together with Radical, we are building a stronger platform for Filipino racers to sharpen their skills, compete at the highest domestic level, and raise the standard of racing in the country.”
Meanwhile, Mike Consenheim, President of Radical Motorsports Philippines, shared that succeeding editions of the championship are already secured for the years ahead. He went on to say, “Several new initiatives are in development that not only the Philippine motorsports community, but the general public can look forward to. We are honored to stand alongside Seaoil as we work together to elevate and grow motorsports in the Philippines to new heights.”
Autocar’s Take
Long-term backing is critical for any racing series, and the renewed commitment between Seapil and Radical Motorsports Philippines provides structural stability heading into 2026. With a confirmed calendar, secured sponsorship, and multi-year continuity, the championship avoids the uncertainty that often challenges grassroots and semi-professional motorsport programs.
The retention of the four-round format across CIS and BRC maintains consistency, while growing driver interest suggests improvement in terms of competitiveness. Going by this progress, the series may further solidify its position as the benchmark for local circuit racing. Sustained investment appears to be the key factor here.
