Nissan Philippines Inc. announces that the Nissan Navara will continue to be offered at its current suggested retail price (SRP) for all variants throughout July 2025. This pricing remains in effect despite recent developments in the automotive sector that are anticipated to impact pickup truck costs. Availability will be limited and subject to dealership inventory.
This update follows the implementation of the Capital Market Efficiency Promotion Act (CMEPA), which came into effect on July 1, 2025. The new law introduces changes to vehicle taxation by removing the VAT exemption previously granted to pickup trucks not primarily used for livelihood purposes. As a result, pricing adjustments across the segment are expected.
In response, Nissan Philippines will host the latest edition of the Nissan Intelligent Mobility Tour, offering guests an immersive experience with Nissan’s latest models and exclusive promotions during the event. The tour will be held at Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna from July 18 to 20, 2025.
