
Nissan has introduced the refreshed version of the Almera nameplate in the Philippines.
Simultaneously, the launch of the subcompact sedan’s latest version also paved for the debut of NissanConnect Services.
Per Nissan Philippines, the NissanConnect Services is the brand’s technology that connects the driver and the vehicle through a smartphone app. The platform gives the user access to as remote engine start/stop, door lock/unlock, automatic collision notification, SOS emergency call button, car finder, and theft alert, among other features, that are integrated in the vehicle.
Further, the new Nissan Almera sports a new fascia design, slapping six chrome bars as grille instead of the V-shaped pattern seen in the outgoing version.

In addition, the new Nissan Almera is still powered by the 1.0-liter turbo gasoline engine.
