Philippine electric vehicle logistics firm Mober has expanded its operations to Thailand, marking a key development in its strategy to provide sustainable logistics solutions across Southeast Asia.
The company has deployed an initial fleet of 21 electric trucks in Bangkok’s Bang Na district, primarily to support IKEA Thailand’s last-mile delivery requirements. Supporting this fleet is a new 1,600-square-meter charging hub equipped with four 22-kW chargers and two 60-kW fast chargers. The facility is designed to accommodate between 150 to 200 delivery drops daily.
“Mober takes pride in bringing its green logistics model to Thailand,” said Jade Hugo, Mober Co-founder and Head of New Business. “We are optimistic that our presence will not only support the logistics sector but also contribute positively to Thailand’s evolving urban sustainability efforts.”
This expansion follows a series of notable achievements for Mober in 2025. In February, the company launched the Philippines’ first fully electric tractor head truck to support large-scale logistics. In March, it opened a 3,000-square-meter commercial EV charging hub in the Philippines with a 56-port capacity—the largest of its kind in the country.
“Our move into Thailand aligns with our broader goal of becoming the leading green logistics provider in Southeast Asia,” said Mober CEO Dennis Ng. “This is not only about vehicle deployment, but about investing in long-term, efficient infrastructure for sustainable urban delivery.”
Mober plans to scale its Thai operations further by early 2026 and is currently raising additional funding to support both its Philippine and Thai fleets.
This expansion also follows Mober’s inclusion in Forbes Asia’s 100 to Watch List, recognizing the company as one of the region’s most dynamic and impactful businesses. Mober received the award at the Forbes Asia 100 to Watch Forum held on May 20, 2025, in Singapore.

“The Forbes recognition affirms the relevance of our mission,” Ng added. “We remain focused on enabling businesses to lower their carbon emissions with zero upfront investment, while continuing to expand our regional impact.”
